1. Do not be a jerk: No matter how much we are wiping, no matter how much you think someone is underperforming and think they should be kicked/replaced, do not be a jerk. constructive criticism helps the raid as a whole. calling someone "bad" and yelling at them helps nobody and causes drama.
2. The Guild Bank can provide feasts, and a limited supply with flasks and such, but please try to come with your own stuff if you can help it, (especially if you're cross server and can't be traded flasks and such.) Extra flasks and stuff for the guild bank you'd like to donate for others is very welcome!
3. we use Blizzard's new Personal Loot system to cut down on loot-related drama, however eventually I may be willing to switch to ML if I can come up with a fair system. I just really dislike DKP/Loot council because of bad expiriences.
