this is the thread where I will dump links to the warcraftlogs.com log I upload after every raid to assess raid performance and share with everyone, do not discuss the logs in this thread, make a new thread to talk about raid performance.
warcraftlogs has a lot of cool features, which is why I prefer it over Warcraftlogs, what the logs can tell us
-DPS, HPS/Overhealing/healer mana efficiency, damage taken, tanking related stuff, standard log site information.
-Warcraftlogs has a special tab on the raid encounter summary page called "fight analysis" which takes your log information and points out where you went right and wrong on the boss fight, with information on what mechanics killed people, etc.
-there is also an "attempt replay" feature which gives you a battle map that when you hit play will display a little flash video of the positioning of the boss/mobs and your raid members, as well as any raid markers you used, as well as casting bars and health meters for the mobs and your raid, essentially you get to watch the fight play out with little map icons rather than a video of the in-game fight. it's really cool.
Every time I post a log I'll include the date of that raid. make sure to use the drop-down at the top of the menu to select a boss and then select a wipe/kill to focus on.
